Trask Mountain Road Reconstruction

This project consisted of reconstruction of approximately 3,700 linear feet of Trask and Upper Trask Mountain Roads including reclaiming existing pavement, new gravels, 2.5” Hot Bituminous Binder Course paving, drainage improvements, regrading ditch lines, selective tree pruning, and permanent erosion control.

 

Whittier Street Sidewalk Improvement

The Project consisted of installing a new concrete sidewalk, with associated minor roadway and drainage improvements on approximately 2,000-feet of Whittier Street.

 

Towle Road & Driveway Maintenance

Project Completed: June 2021

Location: Freedom, NH
Owner: Towle Road Residence

This project consisted of reconstructing the ditch line from the driveway at 87 Cushing Corner to the location of the existing cross culvert.  Replacing the existing cross culvert with a 15″ HDPE culvert 20′ long.  Installation of a drop inlet on the inlet end of the culvert. Install 3/4″ gravel to the roadway and then fine grade the road.

Benson Rd Site Work

Completed: April 2022

Location: Ossipee, NH

The project consisted of jacking up the house and rolling it off the old foundation to its resting place in the backyard to make way for the new foundation.  We excavated for the new foundation.  Once foundation was cured we rolled the house over the top of the new foundation and then slowly lowered it into place.  Installation of a new stone and pipe septic system was done at the property.

Beach Retaining Wall

The project consisted of constructing a redi-rock retaining wall along the beach front of Camp Calumet with granite steps to allow for safe access to the water for the campers.

The Camp wanted to make their waterfront area safer for campers, and to prevent any erosion issues that could come up with waterfront property.

 

Septic System Replacement: Eaton Road – Freedom, NH

Project Completed: February , 2020

Location: Freedom, NH

Installation of a Replacement Septic System for a failed system.  The work included pumping and filling the old steel tank and installing a Stone and Pipe Septic System.

The existing system was declared failed due to issues the owner was having within the home.  The home was built in the 1800’s and with no sign of a system on file with the town or state, it is hard to say when it was installed, the […]

Center Street Road Reconstruction

This project is to improve Center Street (Route 28) in front of the Wolfeboro Shopping Center and up to the top of the hill at the South Main Street (Route 109) Intersection.  This is a stretch of road which has become very rough over the years and needed significant attention. The work involves reconstruction of the drainage, utilities, and road.  Additionally, there are safety improvements planned which will improve motorist and pedestrian safety.

Pine and Lehner Street Water Improvements

Installed Approximately 1000 feet of 8″ Ductile Iron Pipe and Associated Services to bring Pine and Lehner Street’s remaining water system up to current standards.

Three previous projects had brought most of the area up to current AWWA standards.  The remaining sections of Pine and Lehner Streets were upgraded under this contract.

 

Septic System Replacement, System C – Totem Pole Park

A large septic system replacement for a lakefront community.  Work included a new leach field, replacement of some of the existing tanks, and associated site work and landscaping.

Baran Place Senior Housing Community

This Project was developed to correct drainage and subsurface conditions in a retirement community.  The work involved reclaiming the asphalt parking lot and driveways and amendment of the reclaim to provide a proper base.  Additionally, due to low permeable soils, underdrains were installed to facilitate draining the water away from the base of the parking and driveway areas.
