This Project involved construction at two NH National Guard Bases Littleton and Strafford, NH.  The smaller site was in Littleton, NH.  This site required improvements to drainage and the parking lot.  Additionally, the base was better secured with fencing and security gates as part of the project.

Lower Bay Road is a main feeder road for the Town of Sanbornton.  This road needed to have significant work performed to repair a very rough surface.

Septic System Replacement – Scarboro Road

Installation of a Replacement Septic System for a failed system.  The work included pumping and filling the old steel tank and installing an Presby EnviroFin Septic System.

Ladd Hill Road Reconstruction Phases 1-2

Reconstruction and Drainage Improvements to a main town roadway with a very steep grade (over 12%) and feeder streets.  Work included construction of new closed drainage systems along with grass, stone, and paved ditches.

Bridge Over Stony Brook Replacement

This Project was to replace a NHDOT Red-listed Bridge for the Town of Tamworth.  This bridge had significant scour issues under the abutments due to many factors.  To mitigate these issues a larger and better aligned with the brook channel bridge was installed.

Septic System Replacement – Bluffs Blvd

Location: Center Ossipee, NH

Replacement of a failed septic system.  The work included removal of the failed leach field and septic tank and replacing it with an Advanced Presby Enviro Pipe Septic System.  Special care was needed for scheduling because this was an occupied home.

The existing system had failed and was in need of replacement.  The original system was installed over 30 years ago, and the tank size was  under sized for the current regulations  for a 3 bedroom home.
