This project was a design-build project, the scope of the work was construction for the replacement of the deteriorating timber retaining wall, along the island docks portion of Lees Mill Landing, with a new redi-rock wall retaining wall. Also the replacement of dock structures.

The existing timber retaining wall (310 LF +/-) was deteriorating and creating sink holes behind the wall that were becoming a hazard. It was deteriorating to the point of making it difficult to set and install the island docks. Portions of the wall are no longer protecting the shoreline from erosion and sedimentation to the lake.
