Project Description
This project involved construction of a Subdivision roadway for a new 55+ living community in Freedom, NH. It was a total of approximately 1,600 Feet of Road to service 18 home sites. Included with the project was underground utilities and some minor drainage work.
Project Background
The project serves a growing need in the Town as a 55+ concierge community where all of your property needs are taken care of by an onsite maintenance team. This was all on an expedited schedule as units were already selling before any tree clearing had even started. The entire project needed to be completed to Town of Freedom specifications and requirements.
Project Goals
Issue: Time was of the essence to enable building of homes which were already being sold
Solution: Scheduling adjustments on some projects were made and work started immediately to meet the client’s needs

- Electrical tape placed in trench on top of conduit before completely backfilled
