Pease Golf Course Parking Lot

The Project required the reconstruction and expansion of the existing parking lot which was part gravel and part asphalt.  Work included the installation of drainage systems (including porous pavement), new lot lighting, landscaping, and complete reconstruction of the parking lot.

The existing parking lot was a mixture of gravel and paved portions.  With the ongoing improvements to the course the parking lot was a logical improvement.  The project required the course to stay open throughout and phasing of the work to make this possible.  Cooperation of all parties allowed this project to become a great improvement for a stellar golf course.

Issue: The facility needed to stay open throughout the construction.
Solution: Through cooperation with the Pease Golf Course we were able to phase the project and keep access to the facilities.

Issue: The new parking lot was a large increase in the paved surfaces on site
Solution: The new parking lot utilized porous pavement within the parking stalls on a large portion of the new layout.
